How do I get to your office?
The Firm's office is located in Decatur, Georgia in the RHD building at
201 Swanton Way. Decatur is 10 miles east of downtown Atlanta. To

How do I know if my situation warrants the use of an attorney?
Since each case is different and each fact pattern is different, it is hard to
answer this question without a personal consultation. If you think you may
have a valid lawsuit, contact us to set up an appointment.
What should I expect at my initial appointment?
Ms. Perez will meet with you personally and ask you questions about your
case. She will also review any documents you bring with you. Near the
end of the appointment, she will suggest a course of action, or if the
subject matter is outside her area of expertise, she will refer you to a
